Pipit Restaurant located in Pottsville, is a contemporary Australian restaurant by chef, Ben Devlin that is designed around an open-plan kitchen and showcases wood-fired cooking and the best of Northern River’s local produce. It was named the 2020 Good Food Guide’s Regional Restaurant of the Year and finalist 2020 Gourmet Traveller Best New Restaurant & Sustainability Award’
Their open plan design aims to break down the barriers between chefs, staff and diners. Counter seating around the bar and kitchen, lets diners chat to chefs directly and view the ‘theatre’ of the kitchen. They also have tables inside, as well as a covered courtyard for larger groups.
